Nice project using simple tools, thank you ! I was just thinking that some of the cuts may be even easier using hand tools. Also - and this is just my personal view - I don’t like pocket holes. If some extra strength is needed in addition to glue, I would prefer bradnails. Happy shavings ! 👍👍👍 PS May I also suggest, for the benefit of your European viewers, to quote dimensions in millimeters, as well as in inches, thank you !

Thanks for showing how to do this without a table saw. I don't know how to use the table saw and the one I have is sketchy so I usually skip projects that involve a lot of table saw use. This is beautiful. Definitely going to try. I made your 2x4 pumpkins several months ago and love them.

Sure, i would love a laser engraver, cnc, track saw , etc. but we got to keep it real like you showed today. You start with the basics. I love how you disproved the notion that you have to have the best tool to make things. I'm a novice, and I started with a circular saw and drill and used a speed square or a level to rip cuts. I've been learning from KZbin on how to create things. I enjoy channels like yours, and the way you teach is awesome. Those trolls that complained are probably too lazy to watch and learn. They maybe want everything given to them. Don't let them bother you, but I'm glad you took the time to teach them. Just like the saying, give a man a fish. You feed him for a day, teach him how to fish, and feed him for a lifetime, but it only will work if they're willing to learn and make the effort. Great video, I learned something new again. I never understood about cutting proper angles and accounting with and subtracting. This was very informative. Once again, add a dabadaba glue .

It could be said that someone who only owns a drill and a table saw - or a drill and a miter saw - has "limited" tools. Perhaps the problem is more one of limited skill and creativity rather than tools. It never fails that even once some people have more tools they then want plans, a cut list, and a complete materials list.

Hey bud, when you use the double stick tape and want it to release better with no residue put a strip of blue painters tape on your saw base (or whatever) then put the double stick then it will remove easily. Basically same as ca glue trick but with double stick. We been using that trick in the movie industry for years. Especially when you don't want to rip the paint off of a wall. We use it so much someone in the movie industry invented "location tape" so we don't damage walls on set at a film location owned by someone else. I use the blue tape and double stick tape combo with my saws and routers all the time though so I'm not fighting trying to remove the double stick from my tools. Keep it real Rockstar!!! Hope this helps
