1 goggle in the water and you will choke on water 100%, if you pay attention closely the guy actually only has 1/6 of his face submerged when taking his breath, both of his goggles are out of the water at the highest head position when he takes his breath.

❤ so important when you Bonk in Training 😅. Then i was lazy on the last race, thinking i could just use what is on course. dont shorten it. Will not do that in IMLP 🎉

I agree. i see those pushing too hard to have to take days off. If you do it right, you can workout everyday. I hit 358 days last year, and I want 366 days this year

The treadmill will help me get a run done if it's unsafe outdoors to run. It's necessary sometimes but I don't love it.

Looks like you’ve already cut the wetsuit near your ankles! Good idea to cut at an angle and not straight. This allows for a large exit hole. Great vid!
