Goblet Squats are good for quad and glute strengthening with an extra balance and core component. Hold a dumbbell with both hands in front of your chest. Drop into a squat being sure to keep your back straight while lowering into the squat. At the bottom of your squat the majority of your weight should be through your heels and your knees over your feet. Drive down into the ground through your heels to return to the standing position keeping the dumbbell at your chest.
