Bicycle Crunches are great for rotary core strength. Lay on your back with your hands behind your head. Bring one elbow to meet the opposite knee in midline by crunching and twisting through the trunk. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side while the legs and feet stay off the floor. Be sure not to pull your head with your hands.
