WOW what a beautiful young lady. Keep up the good work. You might want to look into Cromwell's ethnic cleansing of Ireland and the slaves sent to the West Indies and America. Also the 'famine' was no famine. The Irish were tenants to British on their native land. It was another ethnic cleaning. The English and Scottish aristocracy were infiltrated and hijacked by rich merchants. The book when Scotland was Jewish proves that but the way they try to spin it is deceptive. The elitists were crypto Jews.

There is cultural identity and racial/ethnic identity. They are two different things. I am black and American and now an immigrant in Italy. I identify as alot of things. But when people see me they see Brazilian or Cuban. When I go back to the USA people don't think I am American because my culture has shifted.

Did he say " WHITENESS WAS UNDER ATTACK? ARE YOU KIDDING ME SIR? When Blacks has been told for generations that we were good enough that we had did nothing to build this country. When WE WERE NOT IMMIGRANTS HERE WE WERE FORCED TO FKING BE HERE AND ADAPT OR DIE. NO ONE IN THIS FKING COUNTRY HAS ENDURED WHAT WE HAVE NOT EVEN THE INDIGENOUS HAS BEEN THROUGH SUCH THINGS LIKE " PUBLIC BUCK BREAKING OF OUR MEN" BLACK WOMEN NEVER HAD BODILY AUTONOMY ! WHITE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN UNDER ATTACK ? IF YOUR NOT APART OF THE SOLUTION AND GO ALONG WITH THE FAKE STATUS SO CALLED WHITENESS GETS YOU THEN YOUR APART OF THE PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU BENEFIT FROM IT. !! Danielle ive supported your channel in my own way . Since you started really getting into your journey if you look up all my comments ive spoken about the redbones and other groups in your comment section before you ever did a video on them. Even if you dnt reply most times. You do the research and do the video. I thought this was cool but what im seeing makes me see the real. Even in you ive seen you slowly turn more into your indigenous and mexican heritages subtly the jewelry the hair the etc. But you made sure to make a video saying youve never considered yourself black and never will pretty much. Those black ancestors were just a Blip in the system for you. Your husbands comment disturbed me. And if he wants to talk about the history of both places we can debate on it at any time. But hes no different then all those in pr and mex American who voted for donald trump. 🤔

What's wrong with having African ancestors? What's wrong with having Indigenous ancestors? Why is it ok to be proud of the European ancestors and not all the others?. Like ok your husband claims white yet unless hes 100% spanish from Spain he truly isnt though. Having puertorican and mexican heritage hes most likely mixed.

Remember these are the same people who think telling actual historical truth is anti patriotic critical race theory. 😂 The so called majority superior population hates to be undermined and Remember many of these people have the same ancestry as you ( have had white passing relatives) and with dna they are finding it out and its blowing their white privilege into question. Danielle keep doing YOUR PERSONAL WORK" you help those by just doing you. Let them be in their place of self denial

I know that dealing with statues of persons with racist views has been and continued to be controversial. I have heard the response that statues should remain, but there should be “an ongoing discussion or debate” about the legacy of the figure in question. I always felt that this has been a cop out response to maintain the status quo. If Germany decided to erect or keep a statue of a Nazi war criminal and state that people should focus on the good of the person, there would be condemnation from the Jewish community worldwide, and rightfully so. No one, as far as I know, has been audacious enough to poke that hornet’s nest. In closing, why do the concerns of African Americans regarding the regarding the recognition of racist historical figures get pushed aside compared to some other groups?

I am a 61yr old white woman. Your content is inspiring to watch. You are a stronger woman by learning your family’s history and sharing it to the world. Yet the history telling of this nation inspires me to watch your content even more. True history of the people in this country has been so manipulated and changed, even lost. I have learned so much watching your content so please know you are doing a great, caring, respectful job in telling our history. Thank you. Oh by the way I love your T-shirt design and I wear it all the time!

Yeah people don't care about us mixed race people at all. To them, we're Black, that's it, reality really doesn't matter to them. Look at how society treats Nico Parker who is playing Astrid in the live action film version of How To Train Your Dragon. Everyone is calling her Black, when her father is White and her mother is half White. But society just doesn't care at all. So now I make a big deal to call this stuff out as soon as it happens. And all of these people tend to make a big deal on how smart they are, yet they have a fantasy idea about race. I'm glad you're speaking up. Cheers!

My family went thru something similar but rather than the U.S., my family immigrated to Canada. I won't get into the details and intricacies of it all but it was not smooth. From making the decision to leave Sicily to finally landing in Montreal, my grandmother and father describe it as a struggle, to say the least. I'm the first generation born in North America and your channel is helping me piece my heritage. Grazie!

Interesting. I have always looked at myself as African American, only because I'm brown skin and grew up in the Bronx. In my neighborhood at the time, most people were Black or Puerto Rican. So, I identified as African American. The only thing is I'm Jamaican. My mother is from Jamaica and my father's parents are from Jamaica. So, it really didn't hit me until one day, one of my sons said to me that we're not African American. I kind of got offended. Then I thought about it. Technically, no. But those were the people i grew up with. In the end, we're all just human, with different life experiences, due to racism, which we had nothing to do with. I'm a revert muslim. I mention that because it's the only religion where the actual text in Qur'an and Hadith addresses the issue. No other religion tackles that issue. May Allah ta'Ala guide the people to the truth, and see through the lies of the media and politicians, whose only motivation is to divide and control the masses to their advantage. Thanks for sharing.

White people assumed I was Hawaiian or an Islander. You could pass for my sister we have the same complexion, identical hair my lips are smaller. I was born in the fifties where I was rasised there were no Ricans only Mexicans and Blacks. I had no brothers or sisters, my parents died when I was 3 so I had an identity crisis until I was 18 that's when I realized what I was

Look if you're talking positive about other races white supremacy see that as an attack. They see that as all you must hate Europeans when Europeans are not on the same footing. Latin and Greeks are the false Superior Europeans than any Nordic culture.
@tommygamba1708 сағат бұрын
That's the whole thing having European heritage doesn't mean white. White only means Anglo-Saxons or Nordic people.
@darrellm99156 сағат бұрын
Lol Nah, it means European heritage. You are using some outdated Nordicist theories that Ben Franklin subscribed to, but even his theories were not the oldest. Even the ancient Greeks called themselves white (λευκό) while they called northern Europeans blondes, which you can read about during that period of history. Same with the Spanish when they created the caste system, they called themselves "blancos" (whites). All of this was around long before Anglos in America came up with their own idea of what it means to be "white."
@tommygamba1708 сағат бұрын
Well when you challenge the whole idea of Anglo superiority they get pretty violent because the reality they know they're not Superior at all did he even Superior in Europe. Are we think about this they talk a language that was given to them by the Greeks and latins. A nervous system was given to them by the Arabs. Mathematics that were created by all Mediterranean people. All tan and brown people. And then you're not drinking the Kool-Aid so they're going to call you all kinds of dirty names. Get used to it

I had a 1st generation American whose parents were Norwegian call me a $5 Indian once. She was a writer for articles and openly stated that on a post without knowing anything about my ancestors. I have confirmed historical records from many Eastern Woodlands tribes and actively work with many. It’s so hurtful to advancing underserved communities when people jump to conclusions and speak without knowing. Our online society really needs a better social environment to address these issues because it’s become a serious problem for society as a whole.

The reason why black people call ourselves black. It is because it reinforce who we are as a people. Our blackness forces us to look beyond our different types of cultures languages and ethnic groups to see the beauty of us as one people. While our African brothers are so divided up by their national identity and different cultural expressions.By us recognizing our blackness it forces us to see that connection of that one single root that which we came from.All black people came from one mother culture that was created from the mind of the original God himself.One of the most disrespectful thing is to call ourselves African American. Why ? Because there is no country on the continent of Africa called African. See how stupid that is. That is an insult. This is why we prefer to be called black Americans. Love your videos. Much success to you and your family along with this channel.

Hello NYTN, With all due respect, when I heard your husband say he considers himself white, I was completely surprised because to say he's "white" is to completely deny his Hispanic side in my humble opinion and looking at him I see a Hispanic person or a biracial one, which technically is what he is and he also probably has DNA from Africa due to the African Diaspora that many Puerto Ricans are a part of but I don't think he'd want to hear any of that, just my observation.

Europe consist of many countries and cultures just like every other continent across the world. Which she’s dealing with is self guilt. It is funny that your husband considers himself “White.” I am old enough to remember to know that he never would have been considered “White” in the US even thirty years ago. Hispanics were never considered White until recently. He doesn’t realize that this new found whiteness is a result of a State Department decision to include people into “Whitedom” for political/demographic reasons and nothing to do with race. It is rather sickening the way that Hispanics so easily embraced that category because they know that it is a benefit to them in the United States to be considered so. They have no pride in themselves and have longed for actual Whites/Europeans to embrace them. You are not embraced-just an idiot tool. Let’s be clear, it is not because you are actually “White” “European” that you carry that designation but because the White population in the US is dying out and the White power structure needs numbers to maintain their power, especially over the Black populations. Numbers mean political power. If they can ( without much difficulty) convince you that you are “White “ you will continue to support their dominance over everyone else, including your own actually non-White selves. You are just a brainwashed tool for them to be able to maintain their national power/hegemony . People are such sap idiots. And don’t talk to me about DNA test which are just a farce. They are a complete scam, only able to indicate in each layer of your DNA two actual fore parents out of potentially thousands within a generation. For example, three generations before you, you had eight great grandparents. Your DNA will randomly only indicate two people from that generation. You could be showing genes for European ancestors in that generation when six (the preponderance) of them could have been Africans, Native Americas, Turks, Aboriginal Australians and you would never know it by observing your DNA. It is a scam to get your money and brainwash you. But people have built whole identities based on these scams. It could show that you
