Great playing, man, and nice demo of the amp. Sounds fantastic.

If only the line level was independent from the master volume it would have been perfect for what it is.

I just looked it up and it's $399, cheaper than the big reverb pedal they offer.

I’ve played through a few Quilter amps, and they generally sound really good. But the tone you’re getting from both of those basses is just horrible. I’m sorry. Awful. And you’re talking about ‘clarity’…? Wow. Not how I’d describe it.

@@daddaladda My problem is that I live in Belgium and as far as I know, there are no stores where I can try a Quilter. I only can order it with Thomann/Germany. So I can only compare these 2 brands by listening to KZbin.

@@flor_de_reiger the Tone Masters sound amazing. I sat down with a few and decided the Deluxe Reverb was the best thing I'd ever heard. Then I went home and ordered the Aviator Cub instead. I saved $350 and got more sounds and features. My brother is a gigging musician and he runs a Quilter Superblock into his mixer as his main amp. It sounds amazing.

My brother from a better mother. RJ unwittingly advised me to buy this wonderful little amplet. I am silently grateful to him for it. I’m a jazz chick. I love the 61 position, all clean, limiter off, and a smidge of reverb. I didn’t think I would be ever be able to afford such a tone. 335 Euros is a steal.

Not enough gain, but it plays well with distortion/overdrive pedals. For a little heavier gain, try Mach 3. www.quilterlabs.com/collections/guitar-combos/products/aviator-mach-3-combo
