I bought a Quilter Aviator Cub a little over a month ago it has many of the same features of the Block series except it's 50 Watts and a combo amp with a 12" speaker. It has 3 different amp inputs for a Fender 50s Tweed, an early 60s Blonde and a mid 60s Black Face amp all based of the Fender Deluxe models of those periods. It has Gain, Limiter, Bass, Mid, Treble, Reverb, Direct Line Out control and Head Phone input and Volume. One of the best things about this amp besides having everything I need in an amp, it only weighs 21 pounds. I think I'm going to have this amp is around a long time.

Any one having issues with the Foot switch for changing channels of Quilter overdrive 202? I have checked three RJ 45 cables for continuity and they are totally fine. Either the OVERDRIVE 202 RJ45 socket and its PCB has an issue or there is a problem with the UFC 3 foot switch. This amp is good but why did quilter have to use an RJ 45 connectors on a guitar amp for channel switching? It has never worked for me..

I have a 101 Reverb and love it. Which voicing on the Toneblock 202 equals the setting on the 101 reverb? Would it be correct to say that they are tonewise identical just with the 202 having some more options and more output power?

Why did you switch operatiions for the Block series amps from the US to China? I have a toneblock 201 and was really considering upgrading to the 202 for the reverb and limiter functions. But I will be honest and say I originally jumped on my first quilter as opposed to orange or another good SS manufacturer cause you guys where building in the US. Just curious, still love your products! Looking into gettiing a cub sometime in the future.

Look, I love Quilter. I have two of your amps and one speaker cab. But you guys should do cabs that can handle 200 watt power. My first Aviator cab did not handle the 201 head and I had to look a lot for 2 10" speakers that could handle that. Be a good company and built cabs with more power handling that that amps that you produce. Please...

Does anyone have experience using the 101 mini reverb live? Is it loud enough in a full band situation?

I use the Mini Reverb for giggin with a 5 piece-Rockband. It's loud enough (even with just 2x12 cabs). I also tried a superblock UK for the last show. Against a 100w Marshall I needed to crank it to be heard. For my bluesband even the superblock is enough with a small 1x12cab.

hey guys! I wanna buy one of the 200w magic boxes to play live with my band using my preamp pedal plugged into the amp return. I have An Orange 16ohm 2x12 Cab. I know I can use the 8 ohm speaker out with the master on 50%, but can I get Loud Enough to Compete with a Loud Drummer in a Metal Scenario? How many watts the amp gets with this configuration? 100w? It is very rare the PA guys mic guitar speakers in the metal underground here in my country (Brazil), so I need to get Loud! Sorry for the bad English, Thanks and Cheers!

These things are RIDICULOUSLY loud. That being said, your issue is going to be that you're running a 2x12 which is only 120 watts. I run mine into an Orange 4x12 which is 200 watts and I have absolutely no problems. You push too much power to your speakers and you will blow them. If you're unsure about whether or not these can do metal, Nate from Converge/Cave In/Old Man Gloom absolutely RAVES about them. Here's a video of him from Psycho Las Vegas in 2019 and you can see he's running a Overdrive 200 (he's got a JCM800 as his backup here). kzbin.info/www/bejne/hH-5hGR5rJaSpLc
