Absolute Batman is grounded and street level? So just Batman without money. DC been doing that for awhile now.

With all the crazy stuff Ultimatum did, I still think that panel of Cap and Thor fighting in Valhalla is badass, ESPECIALLY Cap with the axe.

It's a pity that Marvel/Disney can't coexist and thrive together. The films never quite do justice to the source material no matter how good they are🤷🏽‍♂️

For me, issue 75 is what started my love of comics and the stories after formed the base of my Fandom then. I was only 9 or 10 when my parents took me to the comic shop at the mall(FORD CITY Underground, side note there was an awesome pillar that a local shop airbrushed punisher on). I saw the cover of issue 75 and got it. I knew NOTHING of the past issues, or about it being his death. Read it on the car ride home, reread many times, didn't think Superman was really dead. But that issue lead me to following DC and the new stuff that came after. Kyle Rayner, Zero Hour, etc. Eventually I would become a Marvel kid with New Warriors and the original Guardians of the Galaxy but supermans death gave birth for my love of comics. That love has diminished alot as of the past few years but there's still an ember of that love

I was a huge fan of the show and my hype for the movie "Return of the Joker" was off the charts. But I really like a lot of the original villain's... Ink for example had a few really good stories. Spellbinder was another that comes to mind!
