I have a question. There are many types of breathing exercises. Can Christians do 4 square or box breathing or breathes to help relax? I stay away from ANY and all things that I question and even though am tempted to do I check first. I don't want to do the wrong thing. But I feel like I can benefit from breathing exercises or just breath patterns. Because I already know MANY of those breathing and meditation things are tied to occultic and eastern religions. But I don't think all breathing patterns or techniques are bad maybe there are some that have no ties and are just purely breathing techniques.

God Bless you & your family….I believe you are like a young Timothy. Testimony…… I was working with a co-worker at Starbucks & her grandmother was dying and with similar actions she raised up in bed & screamed so horribly & then fell back & died. I was so upset afterwards…. My mother who was a nurse experienced patients with like stories. I know I have to check my faith and obey and I’m going through some very tough times but I have to keep my eyes on Jesus and ask for forgiveness and study to show myself approved every day. Thank you!!!!!!!

Bravo! And it's about time all of the churches start preaching the truth about God. They forget or do not want to believe that God wiped out complete cities. Every man,woman,child, & the livestock that were owned by them. He is going to do that same to us if we are to continue with our behavior & denying Him. That's one of the most wonderful messages ever that because of what Christ has done for us we are clean and under no condemnation at all. We hear so many preachers trying to burden us with guilt not really understanding that is why Christ was sent. "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ has set us free from the law of sin and death" Romans 8:1-2). That's the good news. No it's great news!

This is a really good example of Gas Lighting, he is most likely also a bully, which is evident by his unkind words. Honestly, he is not worth another minute of your time. If he were to apologize and repent, truly, then it may be worth a conversation. Good job, you stood your ground.

People, God is real, hell is real, heaven is real, please give your life to God before it's too late, we may never have the chance on the death bed, just acknowledge that God is real, ask for forgiveness of our sins and serve him with your whole heart, believe me, it's worth it

I've heard people say this too, and I think it is ao very sad because Jehovah God wants a relationship with his children. But how can you have a meaningful relationship with Jehovah if you don't truly know Him? You can't! For example, centuries ago the Cathlic church first sowed misinformation about Jehovah God when they created the false doctrine, the trinity. A lot of people now believe this man-made falsehood even though there are tons of scripture that debunk this. Just because they hear this false doctrine in their false Religion churches, however, doesn't make it true! If anybody wants to truly know the Almighty Jehovah God, don't rely on a pastor, because most of them have an agenda and that agenda is to fill their pews to solicit as much money as possible. Instead, people need to open up their Bibles, take the time because God's worth it, and actually read the scriptures! He gives us chance after chance to accept him as our creator and he gave us his son to delete our sins . Do you really think he will torcher a 14 year old teenager who did not accept him as the same as The likes of Hitler Stalin Iddy Armin for eternity. It's not in GODS nature to be so vindictive and vengeful. It's says in Malachi, You will be as ashes under my feet , The world will be like Soddom and Gomorrah burning forever . Is Soddom and Gomorrah burning today no It's not and hell will not be burning forever.

I pray in 'tongues' when I feel the Holy Spirit prompting me to pray & when no one is around. It sounds like an actual foreign language of properly constructed words with the proper pronunciation that corresponds with that language. For example, rolling the 'R'. Sometimes I hear words that I think I recognize like the word 'principality' but in a different language. I also feel edification & like I'm a vessel for the Holy Spirit. It's an honor. I'm here for Jesus Christ to help others. When I pray in tongues, there is no stuttering or gibberish. I will not say anything against the precious Holy Spirit. Where He is, He will be magnified & glorified...not the one speaking. There is order in God, not chaos or confusion.

Sometimes God has to slay the body to save the soul. I have 15 years clean & sober because of Jesus but I had the worst rock bottom ever. But it got me sober & right with Him.. It had to happen that way to save me. I tell Jesus all the time “whatever you have to do to save my son, do it. “. It’s painful to say it but necessary. Hell is real!!

My born again experience is something I will never forget. It was literally like I was seeing everything with brand new eyes and everything suddenly made sense to me and I understood why the world is the way it is. The Lord raised me from death to life and I want everyone to know that He is real. He is so merciful. He reached into the flames and pulled me out

Anton LaVey, the creator of the church of Satan, had a similar experience. As he was dying he suddenly said, “something is wrong. I have made a big mistake!” Then his spirit left his body completely. He and his closest followers used to astral project and go around placing curses and other horrible things. They used to claim that they didn’t believe in such things but what was really happening would make your skin crawl. His daughter’s testimony is here on this app.

Or you could say that religion is responsible for most of the charities in the world, and science is responsible for the atomic bomb. There are many stupid generalisations that can be thrown around. There are also 5 thousand+ answers to the question of 5x5. But there is only one answer, 25. Because the evidence only supports one answer. Same with religions. The truth is that Jesus has proved himself reliable to answer all the big questions of life: origins, destination, morality, and meaning. Attempts to undermine the veracity of the Bible have failed for millennia. The Bible has been proven reliable historically and archaeologically, and fulfilled prophecy proves its Divine origin. The historic resurrection proves that Jesus is in fact, God. He fulfilled numerous specific prophecies, claimed to be God in the flesh, and then backed it up by rising from the dead. When anyone claims that we can’t know the answers, or something is not possible, they don’t realise that the answers have already been revealed. All of this truth is well-established, and even a cursory look on the Internet will reveal the evidence for this. The problem is that they don’t want to believe. They set up an arbitrary, subjective standard of evidence, (which means nothing), so in their minds they feel justified in not believing. Bibles are still readily available in the United States, thank God. Seek the truth of salvation. Read the New Testament scriptures. Even if you think you are saved, stay in those scriptures. They are spirit and they are life. They will help you to grow spiritually. We are infants when we get born again. The word of God and dwelling in His presence cause our spirits to grow and mature. We need to be strong in the spirit in order to stand against all the evil in this world that comes against us.
