The saddest thing of anything here is how dangerous it is for someone in South Africa playing at school levels not using steroids. All the guys using steroids just simply overtake everything. It is dangerous to play school rugby in South Africa unfortuntently. Of course rugby is soft, but when I say dangerous I mean like kids breaking their necks dangerous.

There’s no way Jesse Kriel being that low on body fat and jacked is natural. He could’ve done a light cycle of sarms. I wish world rugby would look more into this and do randomised testing and look into different and new substances

Hi Uggy, thanks for this video. Very informative and well researched, mate. I'm a Kiwi living near London with family in South Wales - so union has been the main rugby code in those places. But to be honest, I've got to the point where I've stopped watching union altogether. I'm so SICK AND TIRED of the lopsided results at international level. Various pool game results at last year's Rugby World Cup read: Ireland 82-8 Romania; France 96-0 Namibia; New Zealand 96-17 Italy; NZ 73-0 Uruguay to give just a VERY few examples... and let's not forget New Zealand 44-6 Argentina in a FLIPPING SEMI-FINAL! In union, Samoa and Tonga used to beat the top sides. Now they just get WALLOPED by embarrassing margins. The once compelling Bledisloe Cup has become a one sided joke. The Wallabies haven’t won it since 2002, and don’t look close to winning it any time soon. Super Rugby has been utterly lame since 2020, when NZ Rugby - in a moment of breathtaking arrogance and stupidity - made it clear to South Africa and Argentina that they weren’t wanted anymore. The fans wanted both countries to STAY of course, but those stuck up idiots at the NZ Rugby always think they know better than us. They have the audacity to call themselves “fan-centric” too. They can take a hike, as far as I’m concerned. They’re nothing more than egocentric, money-centric morons. They can keep their lame Super Rugby tournament, where 99% games are now played in empty stadia with zero atmosphere. Contrast that with League, where Tonga, Samoa and Fiji are getting more and more historic victories. The way the Pacific Island communities get behind their national sides is incredible. I’ve NEVER seen union crowds show the same level of passion. They’re so lukewarm and passive in comparison. Although league isn't the sport my family and I have traditionally followed, I think league is doing a much better job growing the game in Oceania than union is... by a LONG, LONG WAY. At this rate, rugby will become an irrelevant minority sport there. I think World Rugby is the most inept clueless governing body in world sport... NZ Rugby, Rugby Australia and the Pacific Island unions are utterly hopeless and corrupt too. They score own goal after own goal, and now fans are turning their backs on these ABYSMAL and OUT OF TOUCH organisations. As a union fan, I'm sad and angry about it... but the clowns running union only have themselves to blame for the fans walking away in disgust. Credit to league for taking the initiative to grow the game. They deserve to be the leading rugby code in Oceania for engaging their fans so much better. Union’s administrators deserve nothing more than humiliating failure for ignoring their fans for so long. They've buried their heads in the sand and the fans have had enough. Union is a sinking ship, and the fans are all escaping it.

I couldn't agree more with this. I wish other countries would follow this model. This is why Welsh rugby has fallen apart. People are far more likely to support their local town/city than made up regions/franchises and promotion/relegation makes every game interesting.

Yep middle of the target and accelerate into the tackle. Do not plant yourself, as the attacking player will run round you, or worse, if he's a prop run through you.

I thought at the time that this video was overly optimistic but I expected it would take longer than three days for the hopes of Aussie fans to be crushed. Again. But no, Scotland crushed Australia 27-13, 4 tries to 1, overnight.

😆 They'll end the year off being humiliated by Ireland to make it back to back losses, whilst also having lost their 9 million dollar ''superstar'' man before he really even got started. It's a classic case of fools gold. Wallabies fans thinking Australia is suddenly good because they managed to not get a hiding for 1 or 2 games.

Did it actually even leave? The quality of management of late was the issue. Ya get team like South Africa who think they are the best ever, and slagging others of. We have all seen the bollocks talk! I shut them down straight away and for good by asking where’s the SA rugby league team, how are they doing? Imagine if Australia didn’t have league and Aussie rules teams. Imagine the rugby selection then!

Yeah look, if you can't beat scotland this weekend you're definitely getting swept by the lions next year. A 2 game win streak against a couple european teams that are going through a rough form patch and who haven't played a proper tournament in half a year is not really a great indicator of where Australia is actually at. They look much better with their gameplay and confidence, but the Scots are a very abrasive and clinical team and the Irish are even better...so my bet is there's probably back to back losses coming to end the year off. Fools gold most likely.

Im from Perth so have an AFL background and discovered rugby when I moved to the eastern states. In AFL they accept that it takes up to two years playing at the highest level before a guy really learns what is required week in week out. So I think maybe we make the call a bit early on some of these guys... we have to accept it will take a while for them to adapt to test match rugby, the beauty of picking young guys is they pick it up quicker!! Having said that, it makes a huge difference when you have a forward pack that can give the side some momentum going forward. Very excited now about the future of the Wallabies. Go you good things!! ; ]
