This is where it all began for me.Early 2020 I wanted to lose weight,I was 13 Years Old probs 176Cm 83.8Kg,I began cycling because i actually liked the idea of visiting or exploring many places near me,After coming back from a cycling session,I made myself some Pizza LoL,then i saw this particular Video and this inspired me to a whole new level i Imagined myself being finally skinny and you could say free from being fat being basically my whole life,I said to myself this will be the last Pizza that i will eat before the journey,this might sound like a bad mindset,but i did it,I basically Moved much more throughout the day and didn't eat quite alot which resulted in me losing weight fairly quickly u could say i had an ED but i didnt realize it at that time.Early-Mid 2021 I was 14 Years Old I weighted 64.5 Kg at 183Cm Mentally i felt incredibly good although i was most of the time hungry but i didn't care,Then I realised i got too skinny,even anorexic maybe,so Mid 2021 i began lifting weights at home i remember having 2 differebtly Weighted Dumbbells,One was 4.5Kg and the other 3.5 but i didnt care,I began doing some workouts at home with movements that came in mind,I finally started eating more although i was still scared i would get fat again,This was the beginning of my bulk,along the way I got some new Gym Equipment (New Bench Dumbbells Barbells Etc) Fast Forward to late 2022 I weigh at 15 90Kg 183Cm and signed up for a Gym-Membership,Fast Foward to Today i weight 110Kg Muscular with a V Frame but with some obvious Fat and with that my 2 Year Bulk Ends Today and the Cut Starts Tomorrow You Inspired so many People,changed their lives in a positive way,I just wanna say thank you.

I would recommend mainly cardiovascular movements if you are strictly trying to lose weight. However, if you are trying to lose weight and gain some type of size or muscle, I would recommend trying to implement some type of strength training into your regime.
