That's a large spray can, l've been using Better You Magnesium spray but it's only 100ml, yours looks much bigger. I also bought a sports massager thingy but it's very powerful, more for a man and it makes my teeth rattle and my hair feels like it's standing on end 😅. Best thing for me is to avoid damp which has been difficult with this awful weather the last year! Sunshine eases my pain and avoiding lifting, even very light things like a tea plate pulls on my muscles. Good to see you CJ sending gentle hugs ❤❤❤as always xxx

I’m sorry about your father. I was blessed to have mine for so long. They’re just irreplaceable. ❤ I wonder if Ashli had the vaccine. I’ve lost too many friends with cancer that came out of nowhere. Now a family member has cancer - and it’s so rare only a few people have it in the world. 😢😢. I miss Ashli’s sweet voice and her joy. I think she was my first introduction into this community. I miss Ashli. I'm still subscribed to her channel "It's Ashli" and from time to time I revisit her channel and compare to what she said then to what we know today. I loved her voice and her videos are amazing. I watched Ashli from the very beginning and my heart broke when she passed away. She touched the hearts of so many people. May she RIP and always be remembered as a kind and gentle soul.
