Thank you for this video! I had my account terminated a couple of days ago for the "multiple accounts" reason. I don't have multiple accounts but earlier that day I had changed my tax info where I also changed my citizenship from Russian to Israeli (as I've acquired the latter one earlier this year). I suppose that raised some red flags with their system and launched some termination auto-sequence. At first I only got standardized responses. After 3 letters of back and forth I asked to be connected to a senior staff member to resolve the issue. At the same time I wrote to jeff.. and a.jassy... explaining the whole thing. After that I was contacted by an person from Executive customer relations - I don't know if it was a result of letters to jeff and a.jassy or the first one. They told me that they''ll investigate the matter. Now it's been 2 days, however it was a weekend, so I haven't written any new letters. Now it's a business day, so I'll inquire again (if I could be of assistance to expedite the resolution). I didn't know the attorney was an option for me as non-US citizen but thanks to you I know better now :) It's would be very sad if I loose this account. I worked on it for 3+ years, made 200k+ in royalties, the books have very good standing for the most part, and in case of one pen name I invested a lot of effort outside Amazon to get on the map for the customers (a coloring book brand). And it's the main source of income for my family.

Thank you for your video, it's nice to know that you're not alone in it and it can be solved. My account was terminated a few days ago, without notice, because of the misleading category. Absolute shock! Replying to their emails and explaining the situation doesn't make any sense, feels like they aren't reading anything, they just replying with identical phrases again and again "Due to Content Guideline violations relating to your account, we are removing all of the titles you have uploaded through this account from sale on Amazon and we will not be reinstating your account". I have a massive account with almost 200 coloring books and it has been suspended a few times before because of the wrong categories or keywords. All mistakes that I had then I corrected straight away but I didn't think that you could be terminated. I believe that bot terminates you after 3 or 5 suspensions and it doesn't really care how massive is your account. Anyway, will be trying to get it back and will keep it updated if it works. 💪💪💪

I agree with you that it is a strong opportunity for success. I opted against it for now, for me, but haven't ruled it out for the future. Your gifts look and sound wonderful.
