Do you recommend the KDP Select or Ingram Spark/Draft to Digital route?

You should put your book on Ingram Spark regardless. Just don’t select expanded distribution when you publish your book on KDP. And for kindle I would say go with KDP select and see what kind of results you get before trying out draft 2 digital.
