He believes in demons and 'the heart'😄 That's what Islam does to the mind. Regressing to a prelogical state. These people are a danger to themselves and humanity. And to art.

This scholar has neither sense of Quran nor common knowledge. Yaseen was never meant to be In the middle of Quran. It is indeed heart of the Holy Quran and heart is most commonly located towards the left side of our body. He has just read some info about Islam and repeating it rather. Misguiding.

That is a beautiful assumption of Allah which we all must have but from the Hadith we know that Allah Can Accept any or all parts of the doa. One part getting Accepted does not mean all of them will be. So we always need to keep asking Allah with the understanding that we are not entitled to Him Answering the whole doa just cause He Decided to Accept a part of it. Remember Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him, made doa where he asked three things, from which Allah Accepted two and didn't Accept one. So this guy is having good view of Allah but the Hadith Tells differently about this doa acceptance situation.

What a load of nonsense. This man is totally lost in his understanding of this issue. The Hadith he mentioned about Abu Lahab is not true. It is not what the prophet pbuh said, it was a dream by a person long after the prophet pbuh left this world. Celebrating birthdays is haram.
In Islam, the concept of gender is traditionally viewed as binary, with Allah creating human beings in pairs, male and female. The Quran explicitly mentions this in Surah An-Naba (78:8), saying, "And We created you in pairs," reinforcing the idea that men and women have distinct yet complementary roles and responsibilities. These roles are viewed as part of Allah's design for the well-being of individuals, families, and society. The Quran also provides guidance on sexual relations, emphasizing that they should occur within the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. This relationship is regarded as the foundation for building a strong family unit, with mutual respect and responsibility between spouses. Surah Al-Mu’minun (23:5-6) states: "And those who guard their private parts, except from their wives or those their right hands possess-for indeed, they are not to be blamed." This highlights that sexual relations are permissible only within a lawful marriage, and any form of sexual behavior outside of this is considered sinful. The traditional Islamic stance on homosexuality is clear, with both the Quran and Hadith prohibiting same-sex acts. The Quran addresses the people of Lut (Lot), condemning their engagement in such practices as immoral: "Do you commit such immorality as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds?" (Quran 7:80). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also condemned homosexual behavior in his sayings, reinforcing the view that such actions are forbidden. Ultimately, the traditional view in Islam regarding sexuality, gender, and marriage is grounded in the belief that Allah’s guidance is for the spiritual and social well-being of humanity, ensuring that relationships remain within the bounds of the divine order.

Quran recitation holds profound significance in Islam, both as an act of worship and as a means of spiritual and personal growth. The Quran is the literal word of Allah, revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) over 23 years, and reciting it is considered an essential practice for Muslims in their daily lives. The importance of Quran recitation is not only in understanding its meanings but also in experiencing the transformative power of its words. First and foremost, reciting the Quran is an act of devotion. It is a way for a Muslim to connect with Allah, seek His guidance, and gain blessings. The Quran itself encourages recitation, as Allah says, "And recite the Quran with measured recitation" (Quran 73:4). This emphasizes the deliberate and mindful approach one should take when reciting the sacred text. It is an act of submission, where a person turns to the Quran to seek answers, comfort, and spiritual clarity. The Quran is considered a source of healing and guidance. Allah describes the Quran as a "healing" for the hearts of believers: "And We send down in the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe" (Quran 17:82). Reciting the Quran is believed to purify the heart, remove doubts, and soothe anxiety or sadness. Its verses provide moral guidance, reminding believers of their purpose in life, the importance of patience, gratitude, and reliance on Allah. In times of hardship or distress, Quran recitation serves as a means of finding solace and strength, grounding oneself in the divine wisdom it contains. Moreover, Quran recitation has a deep impact on the soul, fostering spiritual development. The act of reciting the Quran with sincerity and reflection helps cultivate a strong connection with Allah. This connection is not merely intellectual, but also emotional and spiritual, as the reciter strives to embody the teachings of the Quran in their daily life. It is through repeated recitation that one strengthens their faith, as the Quran has the power to influence the heart and mind in profound ways, providing constant reminders of Allah’s mercy, justice, and majesty. In addition to the spiritual and personal benefits, Quran recitation also holds significant social value. It is a means of uniting the Muslim community through shared practice. Across the world, Muslims gather for prayer, study, and reflection on the Quran, deepening their sense of connection to each other and to the divine message. The act of reciting the Quran in a group setting, such as during prayers or study circles, strengthens the sense of community and mutual support among believers. The Quran is also considered a means of seeking knowledge. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it" (Sahih Bukhari). This highlights the importance of not only reciting the Quran but also learning its meanings and teaching it to others. Through study and recitation, Muslims deepen their understanding of the faith, enhancing their ability to live according to Allah’s guidance. In conclusion, Quran recitation is a central practice in the life of a Muslim. It is an act of worship, a source of guidance, healing, and spiritual strength, and a means of fostering connection with Allah and the wider Muslim community. The significance of Quran recitation goes beyond the act itself; it transforms the believer’s heart and mind, shaping their character and worldview. It is through the recitation and reflection on the Quran that a Muslim draws closer to Allah, finds peace, and nurtures their faith.

The Sheikh doesn’t get a freebee just because he’s a sheikh. He has knowledge and clear in some areas and full of rhetoric in others. Turning a genocide into his own self pity and dismissing legitimate criticism as ‘family members uninvited’ is sickening. He simply turned the attention on to himself and how nice of him to dedicate a book to Palestinians, ‘see how great and wonderful I am’ even Palestinians think so too which is why Kim Iverson interviewed me. I even help them find their faith and oh I have Palestinian friends who follow me around. And NO, you haven’t been misrepresented, you come around every year to criticize the ummah but can’t take a clear stance against genocide and maiming and starving of children?! There is something seriously wrong with this ‘moral authority’.
