I had not ate or drank for several hours, but failed. This time I didn't eat or drink for about 10 or so hours. Some of that time was night, some later in day. So.. just sent try again kit back. They will get it May 5th. 2023. Wondering if some that failed at 23andme, didn't have same problem elsewhere?

Is the leather soft or hard? I just bought the Loulou Medium Matelasse Leather bag and it's so soft that when I unwrapped the bag it already had dents and creases on the front from being delivered. I want something more sturdy.

I fudged mine... $200 and I couldn't even do the stupid test right. I spit but all that came out was bubbles, as I have dry mouth...and then it's spilled all over the place. I reached out to them, I am hoping they will be able to send me a new one? Will they if it was the client that screwed up? Also the customer support service is horrendous.

I've been using the laptop surface go I5 128gbs version for a month, the battery is not the best, real world use will be around 6 - 7 hours. When you have multiple tabs and a couple of application open while charging, the fans will be very audible, not the most silent when on charge in the library. The screen resolution is very low for a 12.4 inch screen, you can tell with small text when using word, it also does not get that bright. the speakers are also not the best. There is also no keyboard lighting and there's is a very subtle static sound coming from either the fans or speaker, located just under the keyboard. But surprisingly its not bad I actually like the laptop for its weight, size, design, usable for uni work.

Happened to me years ago. I failed twice. Did it first thing in morning, with no teeth brush or drink. They sent my money back as well.

I walked my grandmother, parents, wife and a friend through the process of doing an AncestryDNA test. Then I did mine. All those tests came back good, mine came up failed. I have no idea what happened. I had to submit a second test. I was not thrilled about that. How the heck can I get everyone else right but not myself? I didn't goof up. I imagine that the sample may have been damaged in shipping or at the lab upon arrival.

For this bag, I’m indecisive with the sliver chain or matte black. The girl from the YSL store states eventually from the chain going through the holes and using it a lot the matte black will chip. Did yours eventually chip the matte black on the chain or YSL?
