I'm 100% Asian LOL - 23andMe/MyHeritageDNA/Ancestry Testing Results

Of course, I'm 100% Asian. I finally got the breakdown of my ethnicities from MyHeritageDNA after failing both tests for 23andMe and Ancestry.com. Thank you for requesting this video and leave me some comments if you've received good news, too.

I just failed the 23andme and am waiting for the second try kit in the mail. I'm glad you told me that if it fails that ancestry didn't work for you either because thats where I was going to go next. Good to know that theres another option. I hope the 23andme works the second time though because I wanted the health option too. Thanks for the update!

Im glad I found this, I've also failed the 23 and Me DNA test. I also fail those mail away colon tests, they say I dont shed enough DNA to get results. I'll try the MyHeritage as well and see if I can get results.

I wish My Heritage DNA would also offer the Health + Ancestry kit, it seems the cheek swab is the most effective method. The only reason I wanted to use 23andMe was for the health information, but unfortunately failed two samples

The cheek swab method is definitely more effective since it grabs tissues too.

I've been contacted by a few cousins I didn't know about and it has been great because they have old family photos that I've never seen and they've shared them with me, so it can be useful and interesting to make contact. It doesn't mean we 'don't have a life'. Genealogy is all about sharing information.

You have the Philippines, Indonesia, Malay because you are Cantonese？

My assumption is either ethnic Chinese groups in those areas such as Malaysian Chinese or that someone had trace amounts of those countries after immigrating to Vietnam.
