PM’ing is kind of Jack of all trades and master of none. That being said you most likely should be master of communication skill - email, PowerPoint, etc as well as documentation using Visio for flow diagram and other project management tools such as MS Project for waterfall project and Jira and Confluence or similar tools for Agile

Good morning Nick, This is about my application via PMI site regarding the PMP certification exam. I did several projects in 4 companies as a continuous improvement engineer and my director is the continuous improvement project manager. So we must mention the four companies and the detailed project for each company via the application? If Yes, how because I found only one box to fill the experience. One question I have 29 months experience in the industrial field and not 36 months Will there be a problem? A solution please Cdt,

Things may have changed over the years. If there is only one box for experience then keep the current company there and fill in other projects in the details and mention other companies when mentioning the project? Try to keep 36 months of that need to include outside the industry

Most of the project management job requires you to have a college degree when you apply for the job as well as when you plan to take certain project management certifications in the future. So I would recommend completing a college if possible before moving completely into project management because in the long run that would get you to the right high opportunity areas

Hey , you may want to search for Project Analyst or project coordinator or Jr PM job opportunities that typically wouldn’t require prior experience. You can start there and transition into PM role

Hi sir, i have 03 Diploma in civil engineering after 10th with experience of 8-9yrs in good MNC, so it is eligible or not for PMP? second question is if not eligible then, I am doing Btech of 3yrs as i completed diploma i got admission in direct 2nd year. so my Degree will be complete in July'2024 . Then will i eligible for PMP as my degree will complete in 2024 but the experience i have is before 2024, 2014 to 2024 10 yrs but its not after degree? what should i do please suggest. Thank you

Good Afternoon Sir, I have a question, my Project start date is 31-Jan and when I put the Status date on 9 Feb, which should be 10, The Elapsed Days is 12.5, I dont understand. And when I put the Status date to today (9-Mar) I get 48.75, whereas actualy it should be 39 days. Please help & assist.
