Wish I had found this video before I did mine. This makes it so clear. My 2011 Santa Fe runs so much better now. It took 3 sessions with the pressure washer and 2 long soaks with heavy duty oven cleaner to get all the sludge out o& the manifold. Still an easier job than removing the egr assembly on the previous generation diesel. Would love a video showing where the damm PCV unit is.

You make that look easy , I can see when i do it there will be lots of cursing, bolts dropped where i cannot find them and loosing my shite trying to get some of those back in....

Where the o-ring needs to be replaced? Is that the overflow pipe or anywhere else? How are the delivery high pressure pipes sealed?

However I am 75, And as I did the job for a friend I am unable to find a price that I can charge them for doing the nasty job. I changed my TCM and valve body without having to take out the radiator and radiator fan etc. I just took out the battery and the battery box and with faith and elbow grease, turned the transmission valve cover and pulled it out. This way is less unscrewing etc.
