I don't really understand why people would play this with 2 players. This is clearly best at 4.

Fleet logistics is such an insane technology. It honestly should be 3 blue and lightwave 2 blue. I think no single tech (aside from perhaps gravity drive) has more game-winning potential than this one. It's also wild that in a "tournament" game, that "Patrol Vast Territories" gets revealed and nobody addresses the single destroyers occupying planet-free systems. It's like fatigue-blindness.

According to the some poeple Loyal Empaths is the best card in the game and Loyal Engineers is the worst card in the game.

While I like the videos, it would help to make it a bit more friendly for newer and less experienced players. For example not assuming viewers know all details of all cards and abilities (ex. crucible), and use the faction names displayed (ex. Vuilraith instead of Cabal).

Late to the party. Still learning the game, so would be great with commentary on how you are thinking. Also I think you forgot to use your agent a few times.

I really want to like this game, but you had such bad hands for the most part Matt, It felt like a three player game. The more playthroughs I watch, the more I can see my gaming group just being bored a hella lot of the time. Really enjoyed your video though, although what happened to the rest of the tournament?

Wow, what a wild ride. Great job moderating, providing commentary, and of course playing to all folks. Truly entertaining. I loved this as a background audio while doing other activities and it was shockingly easy to follow! With all the likely juicy whispers (or memeing) back and forth I only wish I could know some of what was said - glad we discovered the ghosts gambit!

56:00 Actually managed to get Pre-Fab R2 as NZRA in a game recently, but it was kinda ideal conditions, and also a 14pt game, so more room to create value. Started with Tech and a green skip next to home, had an Empy neighbour that gave me Dark Pact for a future BMF, Diplo was in the round, sniped Hope's End from a neighbour with Cruiser 2, also picked up Hyper with Tech, was a very productive R1. I actually left the Devils next to Rex and Cormund unexplored, but paid the Tech player 1TG to tech turn 1 of R2, so explored and readied them with Pre-Fab. Hunter is kinda right here though, it is a Christmas tech. It was absolutely monstrous in my game, really got it off the ground, but is less good when you're getting it R3 or even R4 in a 10pt game. That being said, when it's good it is SOOOO very good. Crown of Emphidia, Agent and Scanlink exploring for value is just sick for resource generation. I drew clean through the Cultural deck plus a half, and drew through the Hazardous deck like 3x. It does make you quite slow into Blue tech though, so you need to weigh that against everything.

Do you have a tutorial on how to properly set up the game board for playing on table top simulator?

anyone else wish commentators wouldn't talk over the deals people try to make, or at least talk about what is trying to be negotiated?

Can the commentators please be more mindful about how much they talk when deals are being made or when threats are happening? There were multiple instances where I had no idea what deal was made because you were talking over it the entire time. I know it's hard because it's a long game, but you don't need a comment on everything or fill the void. Sometimes it's better just to let the players do the talking.

It would be great if you zoomed on map a bit more. Its quite difficult to read the boardstate when each system is a few pixels wide

Can speakers be quiet while players discuss the deals? first deals on board (23 minutes only) and already annoying upd. all 2nd round and half of the 3rd yellow just "I have 1 token in fleet, have more ships in some slices. That's ok" and nobody noticed...
