if there is one thing that can make or break the enjoyment of the game if you havent played it before. and i cannot stress this enough. DONT rush, dont be in a hurry, tackle this game as slow as you can and dont ever try to get furher into the game as if you approach other games, take your time and just do what is fun in the game, explore everything, just walk around, dont try to get to the next quest just to finish the game, it will break your fun very fast

Your reputation with the traders will change also if you do quests. thats why it was higher. Some main quests gives you high reputation. Example: After defeating Runt. Most of Rattay will have much higher rep stats.

I was riding a horse and thinking of whether the game has wire traps for horse riders and just the moment I thought of it it got me >< I play hardcore, so I didn't manage to dodge his first poisoned strike and I only realized that he poisoned me, because my hud began to change to red. So I finished the bastard fast, get on my horse and get to the apothecary to buy an antidote. Drank it when I had 2hp literally. The emotions the game gives are one of a kind, can't wait for the pt 2.

I have learned the riposte master strike but it is never connecting. I tried perfectly blocking or following it up with an attack with either rb or rt. I only block. Nothing happens.

I didn't finish the game yet but i assume the friend of Mr Racek isn't just random innocent nobleman, almost sounds he didn't care for the place much at all until the blacksmith showed up.

As far as being hella broke at the game start goes, keep in mind that in Skalitz, the time is frozen at 10 am, regardless of how many hours you might spend there. So, take your time, collect the herbs (I got Henry's Herbalist skill up to 8 the last time I played, while still inSkalitz), get those lock picks from Fritz and train that skill as well. I also found out, as far as the pick pocketing skill goes: It still counts when you knock out npc's first. So, if you're like me and your sneaking skill is always way better than pick pocketing: Knock those npc's out, it still counts as pick pocketing when you take their stuff.

One of the best ways to practice pickpocketing is doing it to bandits lying in ambush. There is one spot right after the woodcutter's camp on the way to Sasau, just before the crossroads to Vranik woods, where you search for the nightingales. If you get off the road before the ambush point and sneak behind them, you can pickpocket them before you use your dagger on them.🤫

The thing is that, a fully armored and trained knight is ABSOLUTELY, MORE than capable of dealing with 5 peasants in real life.

The new master strike is much more realistic as well! By keeping the same guard as the opponent (remember he is mirrored, so if he has the sword on his right to have our sword on the opposite side we also have to keep it to the right) we are leaving open our left side (in Italian it's called "invito", invitation) so the opponent is likely to attack that target, and so we can have a counter action ready that usually involves a specific parry-riposte combination. For example, I leave my left side open and when the opponent strikes, I parry with the point towards his face and immediately thrust, catching his blade and hitting him at the same time.

You want a really easy way to win the tournament everytime. 100%. Go the the battlegrounds the night before. Go behind the building. You will see all the fighters there sleeping. Knock them all out. The. Steal their gear. Now when you start the tournament they will not be wearing any gear. 😊

I just did that quest last night for the first time with no clue what would happen and I have to say it was the most fun I’ve had in a video game in a long time. Better than the Lenny quest in rdr 2.
