Basic training which wouldn’t cost a fortune might improve performance. They don’t know how to investigate they just turn up throw out accusations, threaten jail and arrest anyone who looks at them funny! No idea how to ask open ended questions, listen carefully observe. and assess what’s going on. But that might require recruiting people who aren’t as dumb as a rock and don’t like hitting people.

Wasn’t that presentation something? That was pretty telling and….embarrassing. My favorite part in addition to all the excuses in being short staffed… them trying to explain my question to can we watch the HALO cam right now, where that flock camera just pinged that stolen car, as those live alerts were going off, along with shot spotter. 😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️
