Hello! Di, I cannot thank you enough for your helpful videos. Your gentle voice and the patience you show the body is much appreciated. This makes a difference, but I need to hit pause on my left glute and try several different areas. Trying to melt a boulder of a butt cheek into goo. Thank you!!

Pro tip. If you can't bend forward, pull a table toward you and put your head on it. OR .. try to actually work on your stretching

Hi Di, thank you for this alternative, I was wondering if it's safe for people with elbow issues (like bone metastasis) affecting the elbows in a painful way 🙏

I hope you show how to do modifications.I dislocated my hair when I was thirteen in 1988. I really, really need someone to show me how to modify and if not then I'll modify myself.I have no idea if I can be doing the asans wrong

I know this video is 7 years old but its been helpful, especially to cook it a day ahead of time. Outta curiosity, where are you originally from, that is a dialect that isn't typical of California! Heh

Great review! I’ve been around - in & out of - vegan keto diet for few years now. It did change my life -diagnosed as pre-diabetic, overweight, absolute food addict, yo-yo dieter all my adult life (76 now). After 2 years, my A1c is normal, lost weight, have so much better handle on my appetite & cravings - for first time in my life I leave some food on my plate because I feel full! I say I go in & out of keto because I have deep belief that raw food diet, with lots of fruit is optimal diet - yet now I understand that being in ketosis excellent for brain, at least. Forgot to add, I learned to do intermittent fasting & now just have no problem skipping breakfast & going till noon, or even 2 or 3, before I’m hungry - which at least allows my body to clear out stuff.

I over did the pressing of knees to go flat & I injured my but rotation muscles... & Now I cannot walk for weeks... It's triggered muscle spasms & my piriformis is pinching my sciatic nerve. Please do yoga with care & proper guidance. Never force a pose. Hare Krishna.

That made such a difference - thank you. It did feel a little ouchie - I suppose that’s the deep massage motion - but it was totally worth it for the relief it gave to my tight calves.

Just found you Di and I’m loving your tutorials - your style of teaching feels so natural and grounded - no pretentious BS (which really puts me off a lot of yoga channels on KZbin). I’m in Devon UK and your accent sounds very familiar to me. Are you originally from the UK by any chance? I noticed you’re on the other side of the pond now. I was looking as I’d hoped I might have been able to take an in-person class with you - but that might be a little too far to travel 😂.
