Somatic Yoga for Shoulder Mobility with Yoga Block - Using a Block to Mobilize & Open the Shoulder

Hey loves. This week for the movement-focused video we're working on shoulder mobility with somatic yoga. And specifically using mindful awareness in our exercises by using a yoga block. Though it may not weigh much the focus and control needed to move slow can make it a challenging practice. Remember we DON'T push through pain, so make sure to notice the range of movement and reduce it if you feel resistance.
