First of all , Nandini’s dad is a classical singer . And not “unknown” !! Do you know Nirali Karthik ? She is famous - but m sure you don’t know her, but that doesn’t make her a random singer! Guru Dakshina is a concept of classical teachings such as dance and music , some take the Dakshina , some don’t . A lot of people stay in Guru’s house for free and learn . This as a concept may be too much to grasp for today’s directionless gen ! And , so - about one song * he learnt - yes, that isn’t BTS songs which are mostly easy beats and raps in between - it is classical music !!!

This movie is so ridiculous i couldn't keep a straight face while watching it 😂 - Looks nothing like India or indian culture in most scenes. Very whitewashed. - Tina looks healthy and radiant after giving birth but we're somehow meant to believe she's dying and has time to write 8 letters. - Apparently a 1~5 year old, can read and understand letters since Tina wanted her daughter to read one letter per birthday. - Tina falls in love with Rahul after interacting with him for what seems like 5 minutes, where is the build up or chemistry? - She knew Anjali had feelings for him but didn't care and had a relationship with the dude anyway. - Why would you even ask your daughter, a child, to reunite her dad with the other woman? - What if Anjali was already married?? - Rahul is only attracted to Anjali years later when she's more feminine and dressed in a Sari, with makeup all done. Lmao a man definitely wrote this script.

Hum Aapke hai kaun despite its flaws and over drama still remains one of my favourites. That’s bcoz all actors gave their best performances. I cry every time I watch Renuka shahane dying. She was so beautiful and ravishing in the movie and showed her expressions through her smile. She became famous through her smile in the DD episode’Surabhi’ which was the top! They wanted both sisters to be ‘SSS’ but wanted Renuka to be little less ‘Sundar’ than Madhuri as she was the heroine. But unfortunately they couldn’t do that! Renuka even outdid Madhuri and her ‘million dollar smile’! They could guess it all along! That’s why I guess the sweat patches were allowed so that Madhuri looked cleaner than Renuka! All said and done, the movie brought back the demand to ram Lakshman duo. And the songs are still excellent! But same cannot be said about HSSH and vivas which is fully overdramatised and the wave created by HAHK could not be recreated here. Yuck those two movies are toooooooo sweeeeet that i feel like throwing up. I feel like throwing a big stone boulder on Poonam in vocab and reprimand her for speaking properly instead of whispering

Lit hated hrithik character in the movie he was acting like a spoiled teen, also na uski bhn ne na parents ne confirm Kia if he was the right guy where as in India even after the marriage FIL talk to SIL like he’s interrogating him n mom was like a step mother jisko bas apna beti ko bhagana tha
