Mark, if you road in wet weather or the rain, do you think the water, from the rear tire, would splash the back of your jacket or do you think that you would not get that splash at all?

Surely it is much quicker and easier to drill out the rivets remove the carbon cap then unbolt the baffle then receiver back the cap??

Been riding bikes of all types since 1979, including a sports straight 4 (GSXR750R). Have had a R1250R since 2021, and it is the best bike I have ever had. It is the torque, it just pulls at low revs, and every time it puts the smile on my face. However, if you are into revving the engine/playing through the gears for the power, don't buy. It handles extremely well, but best for a afternoon fast rides on twisties, powering out of bends. A long journey on a motorway is a waste.

The Z650 is a good looking bike with those mods buddy 😍👍 also really like the exhaust sound, adds a nice bit of character to the machine! Great video brother 😃🙌

I hated these when they first came out. I really like them now, I think next year I'm going to have to do it.

I’m eyeballing this bike and really can’t believe how ugly the satnav cradle is. On top of that it only works with the Garmin which I find crap as well. BMW must do better in this area.

I do try and focus on the positives, it’s just my style mate, I think it’s important that people test ride bikes to get there own thoughts on though

By being on 3rd gear doing 17, are you not harming your engine??

Had the bike for a while and ride it a bit different now… seems to run fine but yes in hind sight could have probably done with a few more reva

@@marksgaragestuff very nice! Yeah I’m planning to get my first bike which will be the z500se in a month or two.. just wanted to ask because I daily a manual car and I’m realizing that on a bike it’s smoother having your Rpm’s a little higher when cruising on a gear

Trust me, the longer you have it the more you love it. Had mine for 4.5 years now. Been on a few tours, with 500 mile days. Every superlative belongs to this bike. A masterpiece!

I tested the Duke Multistrada the BMW GS1300 and the Triumph Tiger GT , The Duke was the best looking and a great ride , however the engine was soo hot and would be an issue on long journeys , the BMW was a major disappointment , clunky gearbox is a joke for the money , the Triumph IMO is the best all rounder , comfortable , quick shift is awesome , Hill hold , Blind spot Radar , heated seat and grips , its a great bike and i am enjoying life with my Tiger 1200 Gt Explorer ( even though i dropped it on the first day !! Be warned new adventure bikers , these bikes are big heavy units )

You're supposed to keep a new bike under 50 miles an hour for the first 500 miles until you break the engine in?

I am 6'2", but even though I like the style of the 400 street better, I would have to go with the Scrambler, but would have to fit road tyres and increase the size of the gearbox sprocket by one tooth.
