Hi ma'am, I'm a new agent of Local accounts, gustong gusto ko po talaga mag apply sa BPO company na international accounts ang hawak kaso hirap ako sa english, hindi ko masabi yung tamang term or words na dapat ko sabihin kaya hindi po muna ako nag aapply. Baka naman po sa next vlog mo, yung mga common words or phrases naman na ginagamit sa pakikipag usap sa client. Palagi po ako nanunuod ng mga videos nyo.

Do you have recommendations for a customer that comes in with a torn up box and wants a refund on said item even though there are signs in store and on receipt stating we can only accept returns that are unopened and within 30 days of the receipt?

But first, you have to master the PST so you can do such a thing and then proper probing question to identify the main problen.....
