This music sounds like being depressed but needing to get through the sludge, and it feels like how epic it is to get through the grimey sludge and perservere through it all. During the listening party, Chuck said that "Dracula" is more of a role that a person takes, rather than a single person (Please correct me if I'm wrong!). My interpretation of this is that, Dracula is a form that one takes in the Afterlife to continue watching over those they love. The Dracula that's said to be singing this song is probably different from the one in Hylics 1 that watches over Wayne and dies to Gibby, perhaps this one is one of Somsnosa's parents? And considering this, maybe Clawman will become a Dracula to watch over Clawdia? Just a random headcanon lmao.

Headcanon: Clawman only joined up with Gibby as a measure to protect Clawdia, believing that, in siding with him, she'd be spared from any hardship he might cause.
