Seeing as you guys have dozers and an excavator, I'm surprised you don't have a road grader as well, especially since you have to keep the pasture roads open. We've been minus 6-8 F here the last few nights and only around 4-5 above zero F during the day

Hey Tyson, got a question why do you calf in January, I am new to Alberta but I guess alot of guys do it out here. When I had beef cow back in the 80s we always called in May my dad was dead set on calving in May and saying the calves in December or January. Just thought I would ask.

thats what we do put the silage blade on the front of 1 of are tractors and push them snow drifts back out in the fields,

That's not the right time period...we are planting and making hay in summer. Don't want to be calving out in the pastures
