I get the idea, but why would you remove the yolk from the egg? your missing essential fat from the yolk and the Türkey bacon makes no sense either as its more expensive so yeah, you can have 5 slices to make up the difference, but then you need to buy another packet Why are you scared of fat? Fat is good for you!! Being fat is not, but dietary fat is essential
@WhatWorked4MeАй бұрын
@@BillPiffy it’s not so much about avoiding fat, but more like looking for higher protein lower calorie food. When you are on a restrictive diet and in a calorie deficit, getting enough protein without having too many calories can be a challenge, that’s where these food swaps have really helped me 👍

I have been eating 1800-2000 calories a day for the past month and exercising every day and never had a second of hunger. Find low calorie food you like that fills you up and you cant go wrong. Today I have made 3 chicken small baguete sandwiches filled with chicken, sugarless pickles, carrots, onions, tomato cilantro, mayo and hot sauce, and I am weighting everything, including the sauces.

Why is so much protein necessary for losing weight? What are good protein substitutions if you don’t eat dairy?
@WhatWorked4Me4 ай бұрын
@@klmjtr protein is really good because it keeps you full for longer and means that you will be less likely to snack. Also if you have a high protein diet with a calorie deficit you will hold onto more of your muscle as you lose weight. If you can’t eat dairy, then meat is obviously a good option for protein. Chicken is good as it is high in protein and relatively low in fat. Beef is also high in protein but it is quite high in fat too. Fish can also be a great as well as plant-based protein supplements. I hope this helps 😊

I personally believe both instant and delayed gratification are necessary. But people talking about delayed gratification more because instant gratification is now swallowing everyone life's and make us depressed as social media became a non negotiable part of our life. I get your point, but I think you are overloaded by the hard work and low dopamine activities.

youtube is very quickly become nothing but noise. It's almost like the viewers are being "trained" into being able to do nothing while feeling good. Like the drug of the day is digital content that is meaningless so long as it keeps changing every few seconds aka doom scrolling. Interesting that you had your "enough is enough" moment at 30. In astrology, there is a thing called a "saturn return" which typically happens at the end of your 20s when you are forced to look at yourself from a grounded, realistic perspective and change for the better. Happens every 29 ish years so expect another similar experience when you are 60! I just turned 30 myself and it was a heck of a time last year, bad year, but this one is turning out to be great! Congrats man
