Encore une excellente vidéo pédagogique. Pour mae geri, plus jeune ( et encore maintenant 😂 parfois) je pratiquais le sprint sur 60 m et,ou le saut en longueur mixé avec la corde à sauter des boxeurs. En effet, ces deux éducatifs différent sur un plan anatomique, favorisent en synergie, le travail des cuisses et des élévateur de hanches ( psoas iliaque). Voilà une piste. Cordialement.
