If you dont want to cut all of it because some blades of grass wont cut when wet. Also you will have clumps as well as damage your mower over time. You can but its a dumb idea

I have the UMS425U and it keeps shutting down when I hit the throttle. Ive changed the oil and checked the fule lines and they were held back with a clip which was causing the fuel intake line to kink. I have release it but it is still cutting out on me. Have you got any other tips to help e with this problem

Not to take away the awesome job you do but, dude, the metal blade is designed to trim in a vertical position not flat..you are making more wkrk for yourself..still love your work !

Hey dose your husqvarna trimmer clunk when the clutch engages? I got the mark 2. 525lst an it clunk s every time you give it gas to get the spool up an turning after that its good to go.

I got the fluoro green/yellow ones for my ego cultivator, made a MASSIVE difference. Got it on the snipper and rotoscissors too as I'm too tall. Saves my back. But on the cultivator you gain so much more control over it. Goes through the soil easier.
