@kaya reads once your all caught up on the cosmere and if you so choose the skyward series as well. i reccomend a Book that i think all sanderson fans should read at some point. The Kybalion by the three prophets. i promise its worth it and so are binaural beats and the gateway process. find your trinity of self care mind body and soul. P.S. i speak from experience this is how i got to point for the first time in my life im happy on my own and not tired or afraid of my own thoughts. i say this because i to and many of us can empathize with kaladin.

I'm a physics person, which prepared me well for Rhythm of War but not for the job market I guess. 29:48 I believe that's Renarin's Surge of Illumination yanking the idealized version of Moash out of the Spiritual Realm, but I'm not 100% sure. Just more evidence that Renarin is the #1 character in the whole storming series. And in Dawnshard, they actually used aluminum to partially interfere with a spanreed, so I don't think it would fully negate Surgebinding like you said. Again, not 100% sure. ~ 32:00 DO NOT SAY YOU ARE DUMB, I DECREE THOU ART NOT. 38:50 Funnily enough, according to Hoid in the preview chapters of Wind and Truth, Kaladin literally invented/will invent therapy on Roshar. 59:40 El is a Fused, not Elend (thankfully). He was Vyre before Moah stole his title, and he was stripped of the Rhythms for daring to suggest that humans should be repurposed as soldiers instead of killed. Closing thoughts: Great video! Rhythm of War is my favorite of the Stormlight Archive books so far even though Words of Radiance is probably the best one. Mostly because I really like Rlain, Navani, and because it's two hundred and fifty pages of a woman beatboxing with a crab alien to understand quantum physics, a thousand pages of pure and distilled depression and fifty pages of Ace Attorney. Something else to note is that it's easily the Stormlight Archive's most compact story in terms of plot points; in Way of Kings Kaladin starts as a slave, becomes a bridgeman, meets Syl and all the Bridge Four gang, sideways carry, and eventually goes on to save the Kholins while everyone else is doing a bajillion other things at the same time. In RoW, Urithiru gets captured, and then it gets uncaptured, and also the military-industrial complex. The plot has more time to be introspective. On a completely unrelated note, I think I'm going to write a Cosmere story one day in the distant future. Fully lore compliant, all new characters, new planet, new everything. I think the basic jist is going to be 'the bank keeps grafting their spiritwebs onto new people to become psuedoimmortal' via duralumin Essence Marks (hyperadvanced Forgery), but I'm not clear on whether that would actually work the way I'm envisioning it. Might need B$ himself to weigh in on that front. Eagerly awaiting part 2!

Shallan not choosing Kaladin felt like a stab to the heart, a complete turn around from EVERYTHING that happened in WoR and I will never recover. At this point I feel betrayed and don't even know if I should read RoW, I bet all my spheres on that relationship happening, they had so much chemistry in book 2 I could cry! Why make them such a good pair and throw them in the chasms together if that's how it's going to end ;-;

We need a Cosmere's Got Talent for this fandom, similar to the WOT Idol for Wheel of Time fans!
