What a time to be alive XD I was eagerly waiting entire morning to finish chores and see this video in all its glory. You nailed gulasz and bigos and quite a few more words, also F$#% Moash is adorable (currently re-reading Rhytm of War, what a coincidence). Also "wedding" in Polish is "ślub". Time to return the favor in small way with a story. First word I've learned in French was Bayeux because of Bayeux Tapestry since I'm a medieval history buff. I was told to read first syllable and then give up and that was the proper way to say it XD Also also while learning Japanese it was easier for me to pronounce a lot of words, because we use a lot of "ć", "dź" sounds in Polish, which are also present in Japanese.

The "prz" is pronounced that way because "rz" is just voiced sh or j in french. In a consonant cluster all sounds are either voiced or voiceless.

12:26 your instinct was right, the e has a hook (ę) which means it's a nasal vowel. that's why you heard the 'ng' sound after it. also it's so cool you are kabyle!

Thank you... I'm dying of laughter :D I did not expected this one and it was such fun! Greetings from Kraków, Poland. And you were in fact quite good. We well know how hard Polish is for foreginers. You should try to find clip from "Jak rozpętałem II wojnę światową" (Polish comedy) called "Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz". I think you will enjoy it as much as we this video.
