@StephThorntonNEPALАй бұрын
Hi! We went in early November. If you’re going soon, it will be a bit warmer than when we did it, but definitely cold and windy up there at the higher altitudes. Pack the same as for any other nepali trek where you get up to 5000m. Having a down jacket and layers is super important and you’ll need gloves, warm socks and warm hat. Do you have all your permits and guide set for doing nar phu trek?
@ukspice69Ай бұрын
@@StephThorntonNEPAL we have a guide Just didn't know how many layers to bring. Like how many t-shirts like having a long sleeve t-shirts one fleece I have two down jackets one of those light Patagonia ones and a 650 fill down jacket. I don't want to bring too much and I don't want to bring too little. I think like two to three long sleeve shirts two to three t-shirts three hiking pants and some gloves and a wooly hat. We are doing 16 days which also includes part of the Annapurna circuit too. Do you think I'm bringing too much stuff
@ukspice69Ай бұрын
We are doing this hike in 3 days what would you recommend how many clothes to bring trying to be light as possible.

Thank you so much for writing, and so awesome we stayed at your family’s hotel! We loved our stay in Kyang - the woman who took care of us there was wonderful and we enjoyed hearing her stories about growing up there! Did you grow up there as well? Spectacular place!

Congratulations! I am an Indian and I find myself connected to Nepal due to our shared culture and traditions. I have had multiple Nepali friends all through my life ( many Nepalese travelled to India to work and some to study ) and I felt so happy because I was able to understand the Nepalese language you used initially. Beautiful house ! Beautiful property
