I need to install these on my 9-5. What about cutting the bolt on passenger side instead of lowering the subframe? Also, I have high negative camber so once these are installed, is it just a matter of threading out the nut closest to the wheel until it pushes the wheel out? Thank you

Where is the best place I can find all new rubber seals and belts for a 1986 Honda gold wing Interstate?? I am buying one tomorrow with a clean Arizona title. The guy fired it up, it has a misfire on one of the cylinders. And a slight backfire. I am thinking it sounds like a carb issue. It has 28,047 original miles on it. I want to bring her back to her full potential.

Stanley uses Nickel plating not chrome. Nickel is much harder than chrome plating and holds up better on tools.

Only 9 minutes in so you may end up answering this but before I forget I’ll ask. Have you ever tried a the stud attachment cleaners? They look just like the the grinding disc but it comes with a hole in the center of the disc so that you can go around each stud on the hub. Haven’t met a tech that has used them yet but curious as to if it’s worth the purchase or not

I wouldn't do my truck like that. Therefore I would not do someone else's truck like that. Why repair the bedside just to set it up to rust out again?
@AmesiesCorner2 ай бұрын
You must have missed the part where I explain that it was what the owner of that worktruck that only had to pass inspection and last one season wanted.. If you want I can give the next job like this your info and you can pay the difference to do it right.
@keithbrown19152 ай бұрын
@@AmesiesCorner I still would not have done it that way. As I said, a little more work and you would have a panel that is not going to rust out again. If you can't afford to do the job correctly don't do it.

Put conventional oil in m54 or any BMW? Did you bump your head?
@mikejackson89164 ай бұрын
Yes there were 2010 Solstices produced. About 10 as I recall. Like always, the early cars in a model year came out late the year before. I don't know what colors were produced, how many Base, GXP, or Coupes.
@mikejackson89164 ай бұрын
He should have researched more. He got more wrong than right. I own 2 Solstices and love them both. The Base competes well with Miata in every important way (as originally intended by GM). The GXP is scorcher fast in all gears. Its HP to displacement ratio remains even today the largest of any GM engine ever mass produced. Saab? Why?

Bad idea to touch the friction surface on the new pads. You can get oil on them. Either avoid touching them or grab new gloves
@AmesiesCorner5 ай бұрын
That's light bulbs not brake pads. Brakes take a lot of contaminaton when being driven. The air vanes in the rotors suck a lot of what you're driving through. I've seen pads be fine after repairing a leaking axle seal completly soaked in gear lube. Also most rotors have a bed in coating on them that the pads have to rub off and takes whatever is on them off.
