I just bought this a few weeks ago from Sam’s Club. I paid $129 taxes in and I love it. It’s by far the best espresso maker I have ever had. I get crème on top every single time previous to that for seven years I had a Mr. coffee espresso machine, which I was happy with - but the pump went… on it so that’s why I bought this one. This was the third one that i tried out and I’m certainly glad I waited and sent the other ones back. Very good quality product. Low budget but high end quality!! April 21, 2024

I know the video is a few years old but I am grateful to have found it. It’s brief and to the point. My 2013 has every brace I could find for it. They do well but I still have torque steer. I am about to drop a big turbo. With the power increase I am expecting torque steer to be a beast so I have been thinking about adding an LSD. This video has given me a better understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of LSD on the ST. Thank you.

Yes, go for it! Although I had it for a few years at this point I'm still amazed at how well the front end grips in corners and wet conditions even with stock power.

There was a research on how close you should follow the truck to get less aerodynamic resistance. I don't remember exact number but it is very close - something about 6-10 feet, which is insanely unsafe. OP is following the truck with about 100 feet distance that doesn't make any difference.

Nice video. Does the 25-second start counting immediately after I turn the dial ON or after the coffee starts dropping?
@ArtDrivenRoads
@ArtDrivenRoads 9 ай бұрын
Immediately after turning the dial. That typically ensures you're extracting the correct amount and quality of espresso. With higher quality espresso machines that don't have a pressurized portafilter, the time is also an indicator of how the grinding adjustment was made. - if espresso finished brewing in under 25sec, you need to grind it smaller. - if it takes over 30sec, the coffee was tempered too hard and/or you need to grind larger.
@gerrym.3353
@gerrym.3353 8 ай бұрын
@@ArtDrivenRoads I have the same machine and it will brew 2oz of espresso in approx 7 sec. This is 2 shots, right? If i let it go for 20 sec it would be well beyond 2 shots. I'm using preground lavazza crema e gusto espresso.
@ArtDrivenRoads
@ArtDrivenRoads 8 ай бұрын
@@gerrym.3353 7 seconds is very little. even if the portafilter is pressurized, and it is not as demanding as the regular single wall filter it is still desireble to have longer extraction times. Try to tamper it a bit more, also keep in mind that the preground lavazza is a little too large of a ground size for optimal espresso
@gerrym.3353
@gerrym.3353 8 ай бұрын
@@ArtDrivenRoads I'll give that a shot but can you confirm what you said about the ground size of crema e gusto? It seems super fine to me, not a medium grind. Is that supposed to be listed somewhere on the package?
@ArtDrivenRoads
@ArtDrivenRoads 8 ай бұрын
@@gerrym.3353 No, as far as I remember, there is no indication on the bag about how fine it is. It is a measure that varies depending on the grinding machine used. Keep in mind that this is still a budget espresso machine with a pressurized filter that will create crema in most scenarios compared to more expensive ones where grind size and pressure are playing a bigger role. The big difference comes when you try some of the local roasteries in your area and as someone else in the comments suggested, buying a burr grinder to grind fresh beans and have more control over the grind size. hope that helps!

I've got a 2015 Sportwagen TDI. I'm always amazed how much cargo can fit in it. I've even removed the hidden compartments between the spare wheel and the cargo floor, so I was able to increase cargo height by 5 inches. About the comfort and handling, it's a pleasure to drive.

I own a 2018 golf sport wagon s 4 motion auto 1.8t. I’m on the east coast. I have been looking for one with under 100k miles. Found one with 70k and one owner. I was looking in March on this year, didn’t find one till recently. I’m starting to modify it a bit. Air intake and turbo inlet.

Do bmw still always break down?
@ArtDrivenRoads
@ArtDrivenRoads Жыл бұрын
The regular gasoline powered models have been pretty reliable in the last 5 years. As long as you stay away from hybrid or EVs you shouldn't have more problems with BMW than with other mainstream brands. You'll still have to pay for premium gas and wider tires so that's an increase in consumables compared to cheaper cars

Did you check the roof rails and headliner to make sure it doesn’t leak? Did you check the orange cable that goes into the back of vehicle to the MGR to make sure there’s no corrosion?
@ArtDrivenRoads
@ArtDrivenRoads Жыл бұрын
Do you mean there are holes from roof rails that might allow water thru the roof? The headliner is definitely dry and I don't have a sunroof optioned. Speaking about the orange cable, I received the other day a latter from Toyota saying that the car is covered for 100k miles or 8 years against corrosion for this module.
