I wasn’t sure I wanted to watch almost an hour and a half of renovations. I was thinking it was gonna be boring. Boy, was I wrong!!! This was the most fun renovation I’ve ever seen! I did watch until the end and I was gobsmacked at how amazing it looked. All of your crews did an awesome job and I have to say I loved every minute! Your energy is incredible! You and your wife worked hard on this project and both of you did an amazing job! Thank you for bringing us along your journey and you have a new subscriber! Hi that was amazing that you fix that burn mansion

Absolutely beautiful job! Just a heads up tho, if that is an ILVE range that you put in your kitchen, buy spare parts now. I work for the Warranty Company that handles all ILVE claims and repairs and it takes anywhere from 3-9 months for any replacement parts to be sent out if ever have anything go wrong with the unit. I deal with that stuff on a daily basis and ILVE as a company is incredibly difficult to work with especially in the US since they are an Italy brand. Just do yourself a favor and order some spare parts just to have around so if you ever have an issue you can have them handy instead of waiting for months and months for ILVE to ship them from Italy.

Those contractors are amazing they pulled off some crazy feats. That window on the 2nd floor seemed like it'd be so difficult and stressful to install.

I'm amazed, it is really a huge wooden cabin, no wonder when it caught fire it went.up like a shed. It's a beautiful home though, the smell of wood and the space must be awesome.

Our old local cinema (built in 1922) had a bad fire in its balcony in 1935 that burnt the roof but the roof on the building today is that same roof.

Turn it into a modern residential care home! There is not enough spaces and modern builds inside a building with character and history!

Well no wonder that House has burn that well, it is mostly Wood like an oversized Ikea Dollhouse. I'm from Germany and if it is burning in a House, you often just need to replace the Roof, because the Walls are made of Concrete, Stone and for perfect isulaton Hollow Stones filled with Glasswool or a Stone like made of Foam. But I have read an average Home in the US just cost half of an german House, but it will be standing for at last 100 Years, you can't kick holes in the Wall and the Front Doors are so strong, not even a bloddy Swat Door Ram can open it.^^ The outside Floor, well Wood do nothing to protect them, you need to cover them with Steel Plates who are 2-3 cm (0,75-1,25 inch) thick. The both Bathrooms with the White and the Black could be the Day and the Night Rooms.

Dayum...what a project. I imagine this cost less than building new or tearing down?
