I Don't understand why we(and the solver) want to block the nutstraight on the river,cause shouldn't BB have only 86dd who can call the 2Xpot turn?So I don't get why we/solver cares about blocking something vilain can't have. Or maybe it is because blocking 8 and 6 blocks good bluffcatcher from BB who will contains as well 8 and 6

Why aren''t you including 4bshove in your 4b strat?Is 4b strat with a 4bshove component a bad strat?

OTT vilain stab some sets 0.25Pot,and don't have quite the odds to call a raise shove against a straight. Is it a betfold with sets for vilain?

Is it possible with the elite to have 6max preflop ranges without min5b sizing but only 5bshove? Thanks in advance

I started applying your ideas and have been successful. My only problem is finding partners to discuss strategy with, who are interested in growing in the game. Do you have any suggestions for where I can find these people?

@ShowofForce 9:00 In case villain xraises flop with all 2pair+ hands, also with too many Ax hands (esp. In case we cbet flop fast with our hand, villain could easily ecpect a rangebet from our end and xraises more mergy than gto),while bluffcatching otr primarily with straightblockers vs very polarising size. This could lead to the result villain either having overproportionally A2/A3 (river folds) compared to A6/A7/A8 (potential river calls) Seems like i'm missing something, i don't play NL cashgame and have no idea about villains gto preflop defending range vs 3x rfi..

sory but, if they are betting pot, we need to win 30% to be break even right? doesnt that mean that we need that he have 30% of bluffs combos compared with his value combos?

good hand selection, this 6d blocks straights; sets 44,55 he can flop xraise and you can see 2 pair is bluffcatchers for him( a7 fold, a4 fold etc), only a9 ok, so he call you with a9 (but some 3bet pre, maybe xraise turn) so a9 not full freq, and this a9 is like <5% of range, and other 95% is very tough decision and can fold. nice hand

Whats the largest we go with AK/AQ river? Pot? Slight overbet?
@ShowofForce3 ай бұрын
Those hands are actually in a weird spot here as we 2x pot turn, they would basically need their own size, I’d go like b75
@Hannes-k8t2 ай бұрын
Depending on offsuit combos in opponents river arriving range b50-b100 normally. Quite often (with mtt 3handed+ ranges) you will have otr a checkback, depending on 2pair combos in villains range...

Bluffing in high-stakes poker, especially with $20,000 on the line, requires a deep understanding of your opponents, table dynamics, and betting patterns. It’s not just about the cards but reading the situation and leveraging your table image. While a bluff can be a powerful tool, it's crucial to pick the right moments. Timing, discipline, and psychology are key in making a big bluff successful.

I stopped at #9:14 and I realize the only reason why to deviate on bluffing instead of checking is: 1)opponent assumptions 2) overfolds river 3)blocking calling range

Funniest part is ChatGPT recommended spending 20k at an Elite Poker bootcamp, is this subtle advertisement for the future? 🤔

A $20k bluff is still a better use of money than attending a Tony Robbins seminar.
