Lmao, no but this was my co-op experience just a few days ago: Joined a Dehya main’s world, dragged them to cryo flower, and in the middle of battle, a Kirara main joined, we bullied some hilichurls, stopped at Wolvendom to talk, an Ayato main joined, realized it was all girls co-op (Real words: “Oh sh!t i’m in an all girls co-op”), left, Zhongli main joined, Kirara main left to eat McDonald’s, Zhongli main left, I left 🥲👍

I played genshin from the start too and gawd this video reminded me of how goofy and hilarious it was. Nowadays the game's really polished and that's definitely great! But it was these small moments that made genshin so special and the community so kind (am I the only one who feels like co-op became way more hostile recently- like ppl used to come to my world just to help out or tell me to have a good day) Also did anyone else think that story quests give you the character cos lmao a bunch of my og friends thought so too-

I remember when Xiao just came out I spent everything (including real money) to get him. Then a few months later I moved out of my parents house and had to leave that account because it was on their PS4 and sharing accounts across platforms was not availible yet. Bro i was in there. 1.0 I remember most of this stuff. But with all those flaws and the general confusement of the playerbase and streamers, it made everything so good. No one knew what they are doing and 90% of new players never Played gatcha games (me including). It was refreshing and exciting. It wasn’t about meta and all this. It was about your own journey and to be honest. I miss it. Yoo the first time I spend money and pulled Zhongli was fire. I defeated every enemy with my Zhongli doing normal attacks.
