In a way I’m glad Spurs beat Burnley yesterday. It means Villa have something to play for on Monday night. Let’s face it, Liverpool could run up a cricket score against a Villa already on the beach. Yeah we can qualify for the ECL by Spurs failing, but you know what, if they do get something against City and it goes to the last match, again we have something to play for. If Spurs can pull this off and turn the GD round then fair play to them. If our team can’t achieve at least one more gut busting point then we can only blame ourselves. Saying all that, thank God City need to beat Spurs on Tuesday lol!
