Mix a tablespoon of sugar in water, add into the chicken thighs, and you will get this super moist Chicken Thighs.

▶️Ingredients:
1) 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs with skin
For the marinade
2) 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce: amzn.to/3rxc4fR
3) 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce: amzn.to/3xJlDwd
4) 1 Tsp Salt: amzn.to/3ryt2uo
5) 1 Tsp Sugar: amzn.to/3OK8RDE
6)1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
7) Ginger, minced
8) 2 Tbsp Corn starch: amzn.to/3knoB1m
9) 3 Tbsp Corn starch to make the chicken crispy.
10) 1 Tbsp Sugar
11) 1/4 Cup Water
12) 1-2 Tbsp oil for frying the chicken
▶️Cooking method
1) Chicken Marination: Take a bowl and add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper, corn starch.
2) Mince some ginger and add into the bowl.
3) Mix well into a paste.
4) Dry both sides of the chicken thighs using a paper towel.
5) Then put it into the marinade one at a time.
6) Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
7) In a bowl pour 1/4 cup of water and add sugar.
8) Mix well and let the sugar dissolve completely.
9) Put a 3 Tbsp of corn starch into a plate and spread it.
10) Keep the meat side into the corn starch, then the skin side, one by one. (The corn starch helps to keep the meat crispy)
11) Keep a flat bottom pan on the stove. Heat the pan for 2-3 minutes.
12) Then add oil.
13) When the oil starts to smoke, lower the heat.
14) Place the chicken thighs skin side down into the pan. Cook on lower heat.
15) Fry the skin side 2-3 minutes until it is golden brown.
16) Flip them. Keep the heat at medium.
17) Cook for 5-6 minutes. Until the meat side is golden brown.
18) Flip and cook the skin side for 1-2 minutes.
19) Add sugar syrup.
20) Flip the meat side down and cook for 1-2 minutes, then turn of the heat.
21) Super moist chicken thighs are ready. Enjoy!
