Hi, Charlile! This shrimp and bean salad looks good! I like that you added bay leaf to the water in which you boiled the shrimp--bay leaf adds a ton of flavor. I agree that the edamame added some nice green color. It's always nice when you travel and then recreate at home what you ate on your trip.
