I love a black bean salsa. Im sure that mango will make a delicious addition to your salsa. LOL I was gonna ask what giant limes you got a 1.25 cup yield from 1.5 limes. I normally dont even measure, I just assume on fl Oz per lime (unless its a really large lime). If I was home for the 4th of July weekend I would give this a shot, but Ill shoot it over to the wife to take to the parties. Sure it will be a hit.
