We were just in Naples a few weeks ago. Went to The Dock for drinks, the Boathouse for dinner. Next day breakfast at The Cove (of Course) and had a great dinner at Syren Oyster bar. Lots of great places in Naples

Hi, Charlie! That balela salad looks amazing! The sun-dried tomatoes added a lot of flavor and color. Thanks for the tip to use chunk tuna, not the kind in a pouch. Also, thanks for the idea of using balsamic vinegar instead of red wine if we want to switch thing up a bit. With summer coming, a lot of people are going to want to eat healthier and possibly follow a Mediterranean diet, so this is perfect. Thanks for sharing!
