It's so nice to listen to people speak with such a passion regarding helping others. We have food banks here that are run by various charities and for many years these did not include sanitary products or diapers and yet they are the most expensive part of most young families budgets. This is a great pasta dish, so easy to make and full of bright fresh summer vegetables. I'm almost drooling watching you guys eat this. Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi, Charlie! This fresh pesto with burrata and roasted tomatoes looks amazing! I am sure the roasted pine nuts added a ton of flavor. The next time I make pasta with some sort of sauce, I'll have to remember to save some of the water! I don't have children, but I've heard how expensive diapers can be, so I am sure Meagan's charity is a great help to a lot of people--and I know that Lake Geneva was a great place to grow up--it's really nice up there! Thanks for sharing!

I find pesto sauce is really underrated. to be honest I have no idea when I last made it but I really should, it's always great on pasta and pizza. love the colour on yours Charlie, and I sure had my share of burrata when I was in Italy for my honeymoon. I gotta have some of that again soon for sure.
