That was good. I had to watch it several times to get the cuts right. I used some scrap 2x4s to make a template. So, only need to scribe it and cut and that was easy. thanks

Will the dowsing rod only find shallow wells? Can a well like this be connected to a holding tank to supply a house
@TigerCreekFarm
@TigerCreekFarm 2 күн бұрын
I've used the rods to locate buried power lines, buried pipes and septic field lines. I always like to mention that wells like these should never be drank from unless tested to be safe. Most of the time they are filtered groundwater (unconfined aquifer). Some of these wells deliver very well while others can barely keep up. It all depends on the quality of what you find. The safest answer is always a deep well (confined aquifer) for clean, abundant water.

I can hit water at less than 3ft on my property. During the summer, that goes to 5ft.. Have a Stream 100yrds from my house on the other side of the road and have a Underground Stream 50yrds away from the top of my property.

The internet is the most divisive tool ever devised. I'm not saying I believe in dowsing or don't, but there is scientific evidence that humans are electrically and magnetically connected to the earth. So I would err more on the side of something is occurring that isn't fully explained. Just do an internet search on humans and grounding. One of the first things you'll come across is a WebMD article referencing studies done on the benefits of grounding yourself to the earth. We didn't evolve walking around in Nikes. "Researchers have published studies to document the benefits of grounding, though there’s not a huge amount of definitive evidence to show if it can actually prevent health ailments. A lot of evidence does show changes in the body within several minutes of connecting to the ground or a grounding product. Authors of a 2020 report said they believe grounding can counteract cardiovascular, respiratory, neurodegenerative, and auto-immune conditions, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. According to The Earthing Institute, time connected to the ground can improve sleep, lower inflammation, ease stress, improve blood flow, and boost physical healing, to name a few."

Never had a hammer where I have to believe it works before it does. Divining rods are the only tools where... Instead of just explaining the simple mechanics behind its function, you need to go off on a tirade about belief. Well, unfortunately some of us don't have the luxury of being able to just believe in the alleged world around us, some of us live under the pretence of actual consequence and therefore need things that can stand up to double-blind independant testing... unlike what water divining has EVER been able to do as of yet... which, if it ever did, then we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I wasn’t a believer of the coat hanger method until I tried it. I had just bought a couple acres in a place I wasn’t from and I was just randomly searching to see if it would actually work. I decided to dig where it kept crossing and found an underground running stream only 8 feet down. Constant supply of water for all my livestock now I’ve always been a believer of that method since.

What a practical approach you used to give you the required room to attach those two bolts to the valve head! My most sincere admiration and appreciation for taking the time to share this with us! I had ordered this bracket and up until today, when I came across this video, I had seen other KZbin contributors making it sound like a multi-hour, or days, affair! Definitely subscribing to your channel. As the owner of a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban, I could definitely learn from people like you on keeping a 307K mile vehicle humming right along.

for getting in and out of your pu truck. weld on a couple lengths of 1/4 in by 4 inch wide and a good foot long to two sides with holes in them to hook up a couple D rings. then any hoist will do the job. wrap the fuel hose around the hand truck handle.

that play in the crank handle is UN-acceptable!! and there should be a ground connection on the tank it’s self. weld on a 1/4-20 nut. close to the pump mount. Ground everything, and a good cable to ground to what ever you are pumping fuel into. or filling from. . only three thing you must know. safety, safety, ssfety.

Hey Scott, I can reinforce what you experienced with Light Armor Ovens. I have one of their ovens as well, a 5x5 foot model, that I purchased approximately 3 months ago or so. I was not at my shop when it was delivered. The shipping company did call me about 15 minutes before they delivered it, and when they found out I was not at home, they were nice enough to allow me to call my father-in-law who lived close by to be there for delivery. When I got home 45 minutes later, the oven was still on its pallet and on the forks of my tractor (still sitting outside). I went to look at it, and it was damage in multiple places on the top and a place on the top/side. This had to have happened during shipping at some point, either being put on the semi, while in the semi, or after being taken off the semi (when my father-in-law got there, it was already unloaded from the truck and on the ground). I contacted Light Armor Ovens about it, and they responded in the same way to me as they did you. Short and rude. Basically they said, "well, you signed for it, so its on you." (which I didn't, of course. I was not there, and my father-in-law didn't know any better). After about 3 or 4 emails back and forth about this, the guy (i think he is the owner) called me and we spoke about it on the phone, but still nothing more was done by them, other than for them to say that they would submit a damage claim with the shipping company and they may get back to me in a few months with some reimbursement for the damage (they haven't, btw). I also explained to the guy on the phone that a good number of the self tapping screws that hold it together were loose/stripped (maybe 15 to 20 of them, throughout the oven). His response was again, it must be the shipping company because they were all tight when it left our store. Then he said he'd ship me a box of bigger-sized screws so I could fix it myself. That all being said, the oven does work, and some of the issues you mentioned in your video are no longer an issue, at least with my model. But their customer service and their care for their customers' happiness and well-being, seem non-existent. I am a small firearms business, so 3,547.00 is a lot of money for me and my store. I expect to get quality for that amount of money, and at least some kind of actually customer service, if that quality is not met. Even though it works, and I will use it until it no longer does since I'm vested in it now, I will never purchase from them again, and I will recommend against them to everyone in the industry that I know, which is quite a lot of people here, especially in the Midwest. Thanks for your video! Well done.

I can understand your frustration. After my video they reached out and made an effort to do better. The minor build changes/choices were needed, not to mention backing off the 500 degree claim. But like you, my biggest frustration was their complete lack of customer service. It's a shame to hear that they have frustrated another customer with that attitude. I hope your repairs are minimal and the oven provides you with many years of service.

I opened the faucet and marked the location of sewer with this method. Started digging and digging. I'm like, maybe I'm wrong, brought professionals with their 5000$ equipment and they marked it 4 feet away from my location. When we found the pipe, it was exactly under my marked location, 😆. So called professionals with their stupid 5000$ equipment.

--- Hello my dear professor, I hope you are doing well. I wish you the best. I have been working with dowsing for several years. Professor, what type of wood is best for the dowsing rod when searching for ancient gold or silver underground? And do we need to have a metal in hand to contact the dowsing? When I use my dowsing rod, it doesn't attract mineral materials and particles; it only finds old, decayed metals underground, which is frustrating. Please guide me. Ali from Iran.
