Love the homes Briggs covers but I can’t stand the presentation. Too many cuts. I’m not able to fully take in any spaces. I much prefer the continuous walkthrough of each space and narration versus all of the cuts and loud music.. just my humble opinion

Great looking home, although it would be nice if you presented the different aspects of the home instead of just having camera shots of everything, kind of like what you would see on HGTV with a host. For instance, when showing the exterior we see a lot of construction around it, how long until they finish? That could be disruptive to anyone buying. Is it going to be a gated community? You could talk about things like that as you walk around the house...You would probably get more views and inquiries that way. Just a thought.

I like the production of this video. It just has a lot of jumping around. That first instrumental was hot. I looked into the description to find out who it was. Then that second instrumental was a great follow up. You need to give them artist some credit in the description. They working just like you. Great vid. Slow down on the jump cuts and this will be golden!!!! What am I talking about. This is real creative way of viewing homes. Do you. This may be the very thing that separates you from others. I like the content. I cannot find none of the music on Shazam. You need to list the artist of these tracks!!!! They earned they credit or you would not have used them!!!
