I think it’s annoying when people constantly ask when you’re going to get married, engaged or have another baby. That’s something that should happen naturally. It should just flow. It shouldn’t be something forced because it never really ends well. And I have to agree with Melissa, I would definitely never, want to be proposed to during the holidays, Valentine’s Day, or my birthday. It’s depressing if things don’t work out and then you’re forever going to be reminded each and every holiday. I also feel that it should be something private, intimate and unexpected. It’s something you will remember for the rest of our lives. Technically in Hispanic culture because you live together and you have a baby, technically you’re married 😂. Me personally I absolutely hate surprises, I know everyone is different but I think when it comes to engagements, it should be something that comes from nowhere and one should not be expecting it.

This is pretty much how I eat veggies to maintain my 100+ weight loss . By the way it’s been 8 yrs now. Living my best life.💝🤗

The amount of protein you should be eating is the amount of your goal weight. However, I eat 2 small meals or one big meal so I usually supplement with a double protein shake
