When you said you feel like crying, why did I almost cry 😭 don’t feel alone! I have a 1 1/2 year old and trust me, we’ve all been there. Sometimes even NOW I’ll feel like that at the end of the day. It’s just a lot caring for another human and never feel guilty for whatever feelings you may have. It’s completely normal and it always gets a little better over time 😅

Thank for keeping it real regarding postpartum. I’m a new mom myself and my gosh it was a struggle in the beginning … and the hormones didn’t help. I would break out crying randomly. Then would go on IG and see these new moms with perfect matching outfits , makeup , hair , clean home. And I’m just like hoowwwww am I failing at this?! Times I couldn’t even feed myself let alone get dressed out of PJs lol.

Awww you are such a cute mom! Curious to know how much you are feeding him? I have a 1 month old. Are you following what the doctor says feeding wise? They told me to feed every 2-3 hours 3oz, but I end up giving him more because he's still hungry after.

His pediatrician told us to follow his lead. So while we follow the guidelines, sometimes he drinks a little more and sometimes a little less. He does consistently eat every 2-3 hours

Yes genetics and age play a huge factor in weight loss after having a baby. although I see many women nowadays being very sensitive to that fact. When a woman has a baby in her 20s the SnapBack is going to be almost instantaneous for most women. Breastfeeding also helps a lot with weight loss.
